The Recruitment Process
To start the process, we would require you to read and accept our Recruiting Services Agreement. This agreement outlines our fee, processes and how we will work with you to find the best candidate for your business. We place a significant emphasis on our distinctive approach as unlike the majority of other agencies, we DO NOT require any upfront costs or retainers. You are only charged when you choose to hire a candidate we’ve presented.
Our recruiters are dedicated in assisting you with the hiring process so not only is your role advertised on our website and social media platforms, they are also included in their state-wide jobs lists to create increased interest in your position.
Summary of costs
Once we’ve successfully placed a candidate with yourselves, we charge 20% of the first years base salary (one off fee). Also, as part of the Recruiting Services Agreement, we adhere to the following which offers some form of guarantee, should the placement not work out.
- We offer 100% of your money back if a candidate leaves within 90 days
- The document is not a contract; it’s a form that outlines our fees and refund policy
- You are free to work with other agencies and advertise yourself
- We do not charge for submitting candidates or arranging interviews – you only pay when you hire one of the candidates we’ve submitted
- All candidates are checked for legal eligibility to work in the US, as well as checking their licenses are clean before submitting the details to you
