Tempus Referral Scheme

As you may or may not know, Tempus Recruitment offers a referral scheme that allows you to pass on the information of a friend, colleague or someone you know that is actively looking for a new permanent position.

Why refer a candidate?

  1. You can earn anything from $1,000 to $3,000 per referral
  2. There is no limit on the number of people you refer
  3. These people are looking for work already, you can earn for simply making their life easier

To refer a candidate you must have

  1. The permission from the person being referred in writing (either email, text or letter)
  2. The candidate must be legally able to work in the US
  3. The candidate must be registered to work in the state to which they are looking for work
  4. The candidate must be unknown to us as an agency (if we have spoken to them within the past 12 months you are not entitled to a referral)
  5. The name, mobile/cell number and personal email address for the person being referred

How do I send a referral?

Referring someone could not be simpler, you just need to email the required information to info@tempus-recruitment.com
