Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring for a Veterinary Surgeon. This role is open to either full-time or part-time applicants and focuses on treating cats and dogs.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full scope of surgical procedures as part of their daily clinical duties. The role offers flexibility in doctor hours, which are open to discussion. This position is suited to residency trained or board certified veterinarians.
Practice Details
The hospital operates 24/7, with specialty hours running Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. It is AAHA accredited and equipped with in-house bloodwork, digital X-ray, anesthesia, surgery, oxygen support, blood and plasma transfusion capabilities, digital radiology and ultrasound, and endoscopy. The practice offers a full scope of ER and specialty services.
Team
The hospital has a large team of DVMs across multiple departments, supported by a great team of well-trained support staff.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
