Introduction
Our client is a hybrid general practice, emergency, and specialty hospital with a close-knit team of professionals who take a team approach to providing excellent care. They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon. The hospital treats small animal patients.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital offers full-time or part-time availability. Specific doctor hours are open to discussion.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes performing surgical procedures alongside a large team of specialists in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Surgery, Dermatology, and Cardiology. Surgeons will participate in ongoing clinical trials and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and advancement. Full GP responsibilities are included. This position is open to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with 11 exam rooms, three surgery suites, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, CT scan, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house laboratory, advanced monitoring, ventilator, and state-of-the-art oxygen cages. The practice provides a range of services including emergency care, specialty medicine, and clinical trials. The culture is team-oriented, with a family atmosphere and a stable, long-tenured staff.

Team
The hospital has a large team of DVMs and specialists, supported by an experienced ER team and long-tenured support staff. The environment is highly collaborative, mentoring-focused, and designed to empower clinicians to provide gold standard care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
