Job Description
This Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Services in Massachusetts is seeking a board-certified Ophthalmologist. The hospital is currently housed in a small building, but will be moving into a larger and newly renovated facility in the beginning of 2024. The new facility will have three operating rooms, CT scanner, and ample exam space and inpatient areas. This hospital is a very busy emergency hospital, with a growing internal medicine and surgery caseload. They plan to add more internists, surgeons, and additional specialties including oncology, dermatology, and critical care. There are also plans to include sports medicine and possibly a rehabilitation center in the future. Due to the busy ER, there is a good balance of acute soft tissue and orthopedic surgical work, as well as a consistent supply of elective orthopedics.
