This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a board-certified or residency-trained veterinary ophthalmologist to join a VECCS-certified Level III hospital operating out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. As the ophthalmology service is launched, you will play a central role in its development, with the unique chance to design your own surgical suite and treatment rooms in a space designated entirely for your specialty.

You will be joining a highly collaborative and skilled team that includes two boarded surgeons, two full-time and one part-time boarded criticalists, fourteen emergency doctors, and a dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Service featuring ultrasound and CT. With this strong foundation of medical excellence and support, you will have full involvement in selecting equipment and shaping scheduling protocols as you build your service from the ground up.
