Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Veterinary Ophthalmologist on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital provides advanced emergency and specialty care for cats and dogs and is looking for a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join its growing multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice advanced ophthalmic medicine in a collaborative, specialist-led environment supported by modern technology and a strong referral network.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Ophthalmologist will provide advanced diagnostic, medical, and surgical ophthalmic care for companion animals. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating a broad range of ocular conditions, collaborating with specialists and emergency clinicians on complex cases, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering exceptional patient and client care. The caseload includes conjunctival, corneal, episcleral, eyelid, lenticular, orbital, retinal, and third eyelid diseases, as well as glaucoma, keratoconjunctivitis, and uveitis. This opportunity is suited to board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Ophthalmologists.

Practice Details
The hospital provides 24-hour emergency services within a large specialty environment supported by advanced technology and experienced clinical leadership. The collaborative setting brings together multiple specialty disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care while supporting continued professional development and clinical excellence. Ophthalmology services include the diagnosis and treatment of conjunctival diseases, corneal diseases, episcleral diseases, eyelid diseases, glaucoma, keratoconjunctivitis, lenticular diseases, orbital diseases, retinal diseases, third eyelid diseases, and uveitis.

You will join a collaborative team of 26 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
