Job Description
A dynamic and compassionate team in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join their established oncology service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care, access to clinical trials, and state-of-the-art cancer therapies, including radiation treatments with the Varian Edge linear accelerator. This position offers a collaborative environment with a focus on empathy, emotional intelligence, and making a positive impact on both pets and their owners. The role requires a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, board certification in medical oncology (DACVIM-O), and the ability to obtain licensure in Virginia. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to team success are essential. The position offers a competitive salary with production, signing and relocation bonuses, and a 4-day work week with no overnight or weekend hours.
