Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join their team. This is a full-time position within a specialty and emergency hospital providing advanced care across a wide range of disciplines, supporting companion animal patients through comprehensive oncology and referral services.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Medical Oncologist will be responsible for delivering advanced oncology care, working collaboratively with specialists and emergency clinicians to support complex case management. Clinical responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of oncology patients, while maintaining strong communication with clients, colleagues, and referring veterinarians. The role involves contributing to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and supporting the continued growth of specialty services. Doctor hours follow a full-time schedule within a 24/7 hospital setting. This position is suited to board-certified or residency-trained veterinarians.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
