Job Description
A specialty and referral hospital in Wilder, Kentucky, is seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Small Animal Internist to join its growing team of three doctors. This hospital is home to a diverse group of board-certified specialists and a dedicated support staff, offering a collaborative and innovative environment. The dermatology service is well-equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, including video otoscopy, intradermal allergen screening, and other specialized testing to provide comprehensive dermatological care.
The hospital provides a wide range of specialty services, including internal medicine, dermatology, surgery, neurology, cardiology, oncology, and rehabilitation, alongside a well-established emergency and urgent care department. The Surgery Service is led by a Board-Certified Surgeon with expertise in soft tissue, orthopedic, and neurologic surgery. The Emergency Department is highly experienced in handling urgent and critical cases, with consultation available as needed on evenings, Fridays, and weekends. Additionally, the hospital offers therapeutic laser treatments for both medical therapy and rehabilitation.
With cutting-edge equipment such as ultrasound, CT imaging, endoscopy, and therapeutic laser treatments, the facility ensures high-quality patient care.
