Our client is a hospital seeking a Veterinary Internist on either a full-time or part-time basis. This 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital provides advanced care for cats and dogs and is looking for a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced specialist seeking to practice world-class medicine within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Internist, you will provide advanced internal medicine care while collaborating closely with specialists and emergency clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will utilize advanced diagnostic imaging and medical technology to investigate and manage complex medical cases while contributing to a collaborative culture built on clinical excellence and compassionate client care. This position is suited to board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internists.

Practice Details
This growing 24-hour specialty and emergency hospital features a 15,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility with 15 exam rooms, four operating rooms, dedicated dental and oncology suites, two X-ray machines, ultrasound and a portable ultrasound unit, CT, Cone Beam CT, MRI located next door, multiple oxygen cages, an endoscopy tower, fluoroscopy, telemetry, and an advanced ventilator unit. Services include CT scans, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, digital radiology, EKG, OFA X-rays, soft tissue surgery, Tonopen, ultrasound, allergy and itchy skin relief, anesthesia, animal quarantine services, dental care, dental X-rays, dentistry, DNA breed testing, ear checks, emergency care, euthanasia services, full diagnostics, general surgery, geriatric medicine, health exams, hospice care, hospitalization, an in-house laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, an in-office surgical suite, an isolation ward, oxygen therapy, pain management, periodontics, pet loss support, radiology, routine surgeries, sevoflurane anesthesia, spays and neuters, and urology. The hospital offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and provides access to a broad network of specialists within a collaborative environment.

You will join a growing team currently consisting of 1 DVM supported by a great tenured support team. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
