Introduction
Our client is a 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital seeking a full-time Veterinary Dermatologist to join their team. The hospital provides advanced, multi-disciplinary care for dogs and cats and is looking for a specialist to support and grow its dermatology service within a collaborative environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Dermatologist will focus on diagnosing and managing complex dermatologic conditions including skin, ear, and allergic diseases. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, performing advanced diagnostics, and collaborating with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. The role is suited for experienced, board-certified or residency-trained veterinarians and offers a flexible full-time schedule of 3–4 days per week, including 2–3 weekend days per month, supporting work-life balance.

Practice Details
The hospital operates as a 24/7 emergency and specialty facility and is AAHA accredited. It is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities including video otoscopy, allergy testing and immunotherapy services, in-house laboratory and cytology, CT imaging, and a fully equipped ICU. The facility also features dedicated treatment areas and an integrated EMR system to support efficient case management. The practice offers a wide range of specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, neurology, oncology, emergency and critical care, and dermatology, creating a highly collaborative and advanced clinical environment.

Team
The hospital has 23 DVMs and a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative, multi-specialty environment with strong clinical support.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
