Introduction
Our client is a well-established multi-specialty and emergency veterinary hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, currently hiring a full-time Veterinary Dentist. This position is open to Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Dentists who are looking to join a collaborative and compassionate team dedicated to providing specialty care to patients across the region.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options designed to promote a healthy work-life balance. The hospital operates around the clock, offering 24/7 emergency services to its extensive referral network.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Dentist will be responsible for performing advanced dental procedures, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and surgery. The role involves working closely with other specialists and emergency clinicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. This position is best suited for an experienced clinician who is passionate about veterinary dentistry and enjoys working in a fast-paced, specialty setting.
Practice Details
The hospital spans 18,000 sq. ft. and includes cutting-edge equipment such as an on-site CT scanner, digital radiology, endoscopy, ultrasound, and an I-131 treatment ward. The facility is designed to support a high caseload of complex cases referred from over 2,000 veterinarians across five states. The culture emphasizes collaboration, respect, and continued learning within a progressive, high-performing team.

The practice includes 12 DVMs and is supported by a strong and skilled team of veterinary professionals. The environment is supportive and team-oriented, with a focus on mentorship, clinical excellence, and mutual respect.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
