Introduction
Our client is a well-equipped, 24/7 hospital located near San Francisco, Napa Valley, Davis, and Sacramento, and they are hiring for a Veterinary Dentist. With 20 years of service to a strong and loyal client base, the hospital has established a reputation for delivering top-notch care and is excited to introduce new specialty services in summer 2026. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Scheduling will be thoughtfully discussed to support a strong work–life balance while aligning with the needs of a busy and growing specialty and emergency hospital.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Dentist will focus on providing advanced dental and oral surgical care for small animal patients. The role involves performing comprehensive oral examinations, interpreting dental radiographs, and carrying out a full range of dental procedures, including extractions, periodontal therapy, and treatment of oral pathology. Responsibilities also include managing complex oral surgical cases, collaborating closely with other departments to support integrated patient care, and maintaining meticulous medical records.

The hospital is well-equipped and operates 24/7, serving a strong client base built over its 20 years in the community. It will be expanding with the addition of new specialty services in summer 2026.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
