Introduction
Our client is a busy emergency and specialty hospital seeking a Veterinary Dentist on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dentistry specialist, including candidates completing an approved residency, who is interested in developing a Dentistry & Oral Surgery service within a collaborative emergency and specialty hospital treating cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Dentist will provide the full scope of veterinary dentistry and oral surgery services. The position is open to board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Dentists, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital is a busy 24/7 emergency and specialty facility providing advanced veterinary care to more than 10,000 patients each year. It is extremely well-equipped and offers 24/7 emergency care alongside specialty services in Critical Care, Neurology & Neurosurgery, and Surgery, creating strong opportunities for collaboration and the management of complex, multisystem cases.

Team
The hospital has a team of 11 DVMs working across multiple departments, supported by a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
