Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a 24/7 veterinary hospital providing emergency and specialty care for cats and dogs and is looking to welcome a Veterinary Criticalist on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Criticalist will provide the full scope of veterinary critical care responsibilities. The position is open to residency-trained or board-certified candidates, with doctor hours open to discussion.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and provides 24/7 emergency care, with specialty care available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Services include emergency and specialty care, with advanced surgery, internal medicine, neurology, oncology, critical care, and emergency services available.

Team
The hospital has 16 DVMs working across multiple departments, alongside a great team of support staff. The Veterinary Criticalist will collaborate closely with a respected team of specialists.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
