Introduction
Our client is a specialty and emergency hospital seeking a full or part-time Veterinary Cardiologist to join their team. The hospital provides care for dogs and cats and is looking for an experienced specialist to support a busy and diverse caseload.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Cardiologist will focus on advanced cardiology cases within a multi-specialty and emergency environment, working closely with other specialists to deliver high-level patient care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing complex cardiac conditions, collaborating on referred and emergency cases, and contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. The role is suited to an experienced veterinarian with a strong background in cardiology.

Practice Details
The hospital operates with 24/7 emergency services and provides a wide range of specialty services including critical care, cardiology, oncology, internal medicine, interventional radiology, endoscopy, surgery, orthopedics, nephrology, neurology, and urology, along with avian and exotic medicine. The facility is equipped with advanced diagnostic and monitoring technology including a complete in-house laboratory, digital radiography, color flow Doppler ultrasound, cardiac ultrasound, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, and critical care ventilators. Additional capabilities include endoscopic, laparoscopic, and thoracoscopic instrumentation. The practice supports a high caseload of referral and emergency cases and emphasizes a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach with access to a broad professional network and flexible scheduling options.

Team
The team consists of 21 DVMs supported by a highly trained and tenured support staff, creating a collaborative and well-supported environment across multiple specialties.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
