Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a specialty veterinary hospital seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist to join their Cleveland, Ohio team. The hospital treats small animals and offers advanced specialty services, including cardiology, anesthesia, internal medicine, medical oncology, ophthalmology, radiology, and surgery.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates 24/7 with emergency care available. The role can be full-time and may include flexible scheduling within the hospital’s comprehensive emergency and specialty services.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Cardiologist will provide advanced cardiac care to small animal patients, utilizing state-of-the-art imaging, catheterization lab equipment, and telemetry. The role includes collaboration with a team of doctors and technicians, client communication, and referral partner engagement. The position is open to board-certified or residency-trained cardiologists and may include mentorship responsibilities for new ER doctors.

The hospital is equipped with a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility, offering cutting-edge diagnostics and specialty care across multiple disciplines. Services include cardiology, anesthesia, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, radiology, surgery, and urgent care. Team

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
