Our client is a hospital looking to welcome an Urgent Care Veterinarian to their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. With a solid and loyal client base, the practice cares for dogs and cats, with the opportunity to see exotics if that’s an area you’re interested in. Role Description and Responsibilities
If you enjoy the fast pace and variety that comes with urgent care, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll be responsible for the full scope of Urgent Care responsibilities, seeing everything from walk-in urgent cases through to more advanced surgical presentations. Cases include dystocia surgeries, C-sections, foreign body surgeries, laceration repairs, enucleations, dog bites, and even the occasional emergency flea infestation, so there’s always something different to keep you engaged. Specific working hours will be discussed. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate looking for dedicated mentorship, you’ll be supported in developing your skills while working alongside an experienced clinical team.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Wednesday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and Thursday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Alongside Urgent Care, they provide General Practice and Surgery services, covering everything from wellness appointments, vaccinations, and chronic disease management to scheduled spays, neuters, mass removals, and dental procedures. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, 7 exam rooms, Digital X-Ray, Dental X-Ray, a new dental machine, new treatment surgical lights, 2 surgical rooms, 2 isolation rooms, 3 kennel wards, an oxygen kennel, an in-house laboratory, and hands-free radiology safety standards. The practice has proudly maintained AAHA accreditation for over 35 years.

Team
You’ll be joining a team of 6 DVMs, alongside dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who genuinely enjoy working together. The leadership team is supportive and invested in helping their associates succeed, creating an environment where collaboration, open communication, and high-quality patient care come naturally.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
