Job Description
Introduction
Our client is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian for an urgent care hospital in Pleasant Grove, Utah. This is an opportunity to join a brand-new urgent care facility focused on delivering the highest quality medicine and best-in-class client experience within a modern, welcoming environment.
Working Hours / Rota
This full-time role offers a schedule of 3–4 shifts per week, with flexibility for part-time opportunities for the right candidate. Upon the hire of a second doctor, the hospital will operate seven days a week from 12 pm to 10 pm, allowing for a schedule with consecutive days worked per week to support work-life balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Urgent Care Veterinarian will provide urgent care for canine and feline patients, managing non-life-threatening emergencies and urgent medical needs. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics, developing and executing treatment plans, and conducting minor surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in emergency and urgent care, along with foundational surgical skills.

Team Size
The hospital is currently led by the Founding DVM and will expand to include additional veterinarians, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment for clinicians.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
