Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats, bridging the gap between daytime general practice and emergency/overnight care in the St. Louis, Missouri area. They are seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to work flexible schedules while managing single-doctor shifts and providing a full scope of urgent care. The position is open to experienced veterinarians only.
Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM on all holidays. Each paperless clinic is specially designed to deliver efficient care and is equipped with cloud-based EMR, digital x-ray technology, and a full suite of IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment. The practice follows a Fear Free approach and is recognised as a Feline Friendly Practice. A full scope of urgent care services is offered.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
