Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a veterinary practice blending general practice and urgent care services, hiring Veterinarians to be part of their Minneapolis expansion in 2026. The clinic is focused on delivering high-quality care to companion animals while reimagining the veterinary experience for both clients and clinicians. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking organization from the ground up.
Working Hours / Rota
The clinic is open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. There are no overnight or on-call shifts. The full-time schedule consists of three to four working days per week, with weekend shifts rotated fairly among the team.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves providing both primary and urgent care to companion animals, managing a diverse caseload that may include wellness visits, minor emergencies, surgical cases, and more. The clinic encourages collaborative medicine and continuous improvement, valuing input from all team members. This position is open to experienced veterinarians with a background in general practice, urgent care, or emergency medicine. Those with a strong interest in surgery or dentistry are especially encouraged to apply.

The practice is outfitted with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools including laparoscopic surgery, digital radiography, ultrasound, and an AI medical scribe to reduce administrative burden. It is also the exclusive U.S. launch partner for DeepScan, a next-generation imaging technology. Team
The practice maintains a 3:1 support staff ratio, allowing veterinarians to focus on clinical care with strong assistance from skilled technicians and support personnel. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
