Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its established team. This AAHA-accredited small animal hospital has been serving its community since 1958 and provides comprehensive medical, surgical, urgent care, and emergency services. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality veterinary care and offers a collaborative environment where veterinarians are supported in providing advanced medicine.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animal patients, including wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, and client education. The role involves building lasting relationships with clients, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating closely with the veterinary and support team, and contributing to a positive hospital culture focused on high clinical standards. This position is suited to veterinarians with a collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Practice Details
The hospital operates seven days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and provides comprehensive care within a modern, AAHA-accredited facility. The practice offers wellness and preventative care, advanced diagnostics, surgical procedures, urgent care, and emergency services, supporting a varied and rewarding small animal caseload. The hospital is equipped to deliver advanced medical care while maintaining the rigorous standards required for AAHA accreditation. The practice emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, and providing the highest standard of medicine through proactive and advanced treatment plans.

Team
The hospital is staffed by seven DVMs, including a Lead Veterinarian, and is supported by an experienced and collaborative paraprofessional team. The environment is team-oriented and supportive, providing strong internal resources and encouraging collaboration to help veterinarians deliver exceptional patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
