Our client is a hospital seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their urgent care facility serving dogs, cats, and exotics. This brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic provides accessible urgent veterinary care designed to bridge the gap between primary care and emergency services. The role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian interested in practicing urgent care medicine while working with a diverse caseload that includes exotic species.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Urgent Care Veterinarian will evaluate and treat urgent medical cases, performing examinations, diagnostics, and developing treatment plans for patients presenting with non-routine or acute conditions. Responsibilities include performing surgical procedures when required, utilizing in-house diagnostics to support medical decision-making, and providing compassionate end-of-life care when appropriate. The role also involves communicating clearly with pet owners about diagnoses and treatment plans while working collaboratively with the veterinary team to deliver high standards of patient care. This position is open to experienced veterinarians.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
