Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to patients needing same-day or urgent attention. Responsibilities include performing examinations, developing diagnostic and treatment plans, educating clients on preventive health care, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role emphasizes client communication, collaboration with the support team, and compassionate care that minimizes patient stress.

The incoming doctor will join a supportive leadership group and be the first associate veterinarian on the team. This role includes the unique opportunity to influence workflows, client experience, and hospital culture from the ground up.
