Job Description
This privately owned hospital is seeking a DVM to join their team, they have a boarded surgeon that does orthopaedics so rarely refers as they like to keep it all in house as they have the quality of doctors their to do so. There are a small animal hospital but if you have other interests they are open to that discussion with you. Currently they have 2.5 DVMs and 2-3 assistants per doctor. They generally work on 20-minute appointments but if it’s a new patient or sick it will be longer. They have all the equipment you would need at their hospital including ultrasound, digital and dental X-rays, 3 exam rooms with IDEXX in-house labs. They are also cat friendly and fear free. They are very flexible with scheduling and do rotating weekends.
