Working Hours / Rota
The position offers flexible full-time scheduling with no overnight shifts, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities
As a Partner Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive medical services, focusing on urgent care for cats and dogs. Clinical responsibilities will include wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, treatment of illnesses and injuries, and surgical procedures as appropriate. Beyond clinical work, you will be a partner in building a practice culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and innovation. This role is open to experienced veterinarians, with a minimum of three years in practice, who are ready to expand their careers into ownership and leadership while maintaining full medical autonomy.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
