Working Hours / Rota
This urgent care model is built around flexibility and sustainability, offering structured scheduling with no overnight shifts. Specific scheduling is developed collaboratively, ensuring the hospital meets patient needs while supporting leadership responsibilities.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As a Veterinary Partner and Medical Director, you will lead the clinical vision, culture, and medical standards of your hospital. You will practice urgent care-focused medicine, managing a wide range of non-life-threatening urgent cases while building strong client relationships and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include mentoring associate veterinarians and support staff, establishing medical protocols, ensuring high standards of patient care, and shaping hospital culture from the ground up. While you maintain full medical autonomy, a dedicated business support team manages operational elements including talent acquisition, HR, marketing, finance, and administrative functions, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence and leadership.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
