Our client is a hospital providing care for cats and dogs and is seeking a full-time Partner Veterinarian and Equity Owner. This opportunity is designed for experienced veterinarians looking to take the next step in their career by becoming a practice owner while maintaining a strong focus on patient care. The role offers the opportunity to build and lead a hospital with extensive business support, allowing veterinarians to focus on delivering high-quality medicine and shaping the culture of their practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian and Equity Owner will work closely with the organisation to develop and lead a veterinary hospital while serving as Medical Director. Responsibilities include providing veterinary care, establishing clinical standards, building a positive hospital culture, and leading the medical direction of the practice. The role offers significant medical autonomy, enabling veterinarians to make decisions that best support patient outcomes and client care. This position is intended for experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The practice will be developed in partnership with the successful candidate and supported with a brand-new facility and state-of-the-art equipment. Location is flexible, allowing the veterinarian to help determine where the practice will be established. The organisation provides comprehensive business support and operational solutions, enabling practice ownership without upfront financial investment. Team
The hospital will be built in partnership with the successful candidate, who will play a key leadership role in establishing the team and culture. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
