Introduction
A soon-to-open urgent care veterinary practice in Salem, Oregon is seeking a full-time Partner Veterinarian to lead the launch of a new walk-in facility. This opportunity offers the chance to shape a modern urgent care model from the ground up, combining clinical autonomy with strong operational support, within a collaborative environment focused on efficiency, quality medicine, and patient-centered care.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance, with shifts typically including evenings and weekends aligned with urgent care demand and no overnight requirements.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will lead the delivery of urgent, walk-in care for non-life-threatening conditions in canine and feline patients, performing diagnostics, consultations, minor procedures, and preventative care, while setting clinical standards, mentoring the team, and contributing to the growth and long-term success of the practice.

The hospital will provide urgent care, wellness services, diagnostics, dental procedures, and preventative care within a streamlined, efficient setting designed to meet the needs of clients seeking accessible, same-day veterinary services, supported by full operational infrastructure.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
