Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking a Partner Veterinarian – Urgent Care to join their team, offering full-time or part-time opportunities working with dogs and cats in a growing urgent care setting.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will play a dual role as both a clinical leader and practice partner, delivering high-quality urgent care services while helping to establish and grow a new hospital. Clinical responsibilities include diagnosing and treating urgent and acute cases, performing procedures, developing treatment plans, and ensuring excellent patient outcomes. In addition to clinical duties, you will take on leadership responsibilities as a Medical Director, shaping hospital culture, mentoring team members, and building strong client relationships. This role emphasizes medical autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to drive both clinical excellence and practice growth. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
