Introduction
An exciting opportunity is available in Provo, Utah for a motivated Veterinarian to become a Veterinary Partner and Equity Owner. This position allows you to step into practice ownership with no out-of-pocket investment, while building and leading a brand-new hospital equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

Working Hours / Rota
As a partner in the hospital, you will help shape the schedule to balance patient care and personal well-being. Flexible full-time hours will be designed in collaboration with your leadership team, ensuring sustainable workloads without overnight shifts.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Veterinary Partner & Equity Owner will serve as both a practicing doctor and medical leader. Core responsibilities include providing exceptional clinical care, shaping the medical standards of the hospital, and building a strong, collaborative team culture. You will have full medical autonomy, oversee case management, mentor veterinarians and support staff, and contribute to the hospital’s strategic growth. This role also offers immediate ownership and equity, giving you a direct stake in the success of the practice.

Practice Details
The hospital will be built from the ground up in partnership with experienced business and operations teams, ensuring you have a modern facility with advanced diagnostic and treatment tools. The design will include fully equipped surgical suites, comprehensive in-house diagnostics, digital imaging, and the infrastructure to expand services as needed. Business operations, staffing, and marketing will be managed by the support organization, allowing you to focus on patient care and medical leadership.

Team
You will recruit and lead a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff who share your vision for high-quality medicine and outstanding client service. The culture will be centered on open communication, mentorship, and a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and team development.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
