Job Description
Are you a veterinarian who dreams of practice ownership, but needs guidance? Partnering with this group may be the answer you’re looking for! This up and coming veterinary group are co-owned by two DVMs who are looking to expand across the USA! By partnering with this group, you would own one third of the hospital, with the other two thirds being split between the two co-owners. The group are looking for veterinarians who have great leadership qualities, excellent medical and surgical skills, and a curiosity for business. If that’s you then they’d love to discuss ownership opportunities with you! They will assist in securing a location and coordinating build-out; securing financing; securing equipment; providing capital; providing HR services to assist the practice; provide mentoring and assistance with practice management; provide team management guidance and assistance; assist with inventory management; assist with set-up and maintenance of practice software; manage bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll responsibilities; negotiate competitive products and services with multiple vendors and much, much more!
