Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a DVM Veterinary Partner & Hospital Equity Owner to lead a new practice caring for cats and dogs. This role offers immediate ownership and equity opportunities with no out-of-pocket cost, providing medical autonomy while receiving support and business solutions aligned with your goals.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time role. The hospital will be available for urgent care needs Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on weekends.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The veterinarian will lead this new practice while delivering best-in-service medicine that bridges the gap between primary and emergency care. This role includes ownership of the culture, processes, and medical direction of the hospital. It is open to experienced veterinarians.

This hospital will operate in a brand-new building with state-of-the-art equipment, providing the space and tools needed to deliver high-quality, urgent care for cats and dogs.
Team
The hospital is looking to hire compassionate, experienced, and qualified veterinarians and support staff to ensure the highest quality of medicine is provided.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
