Introduction
Our client is a veterinary group seeking an experienced veterinarian to step into a Partner Veterinarian and Co-Owner role. This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and co-own a modern, full-service, general practice veterinary hospital tailored to your medical passions and the needs of your community.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital will operate as a full-service facility with routine general practice hours. Scheduling is designed with flexibility in mind, supporting a healthy work-life balance for the Partner Veterinarian and their team. Doctors will benefit from operational support, allowing them to focus on clinical and leadership responsibilities without the burden of after-hours management, on-call duties, or administrative oversight.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As a Partner Veterinarian and Co-Owner, you will lead your hospital while retaining full clinical autonomy. Your daily responsibilities will include providing high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care, overseeing team culture and development, and ensuring outstanding client service. Beyond clinical duties, you will mentor your staff, guide practice protocols, and collaborate with leadership on key areas such as hiring, scheduling, and budgeting. This role is suited to experienced veterinarians with leadership skills and a passion for ownership.

Practice Details
The hospitals are thoughtfully designed in collaboration with their Partner Doctors, who are involved in every stage of decision-making. From selecting the location to influencing hospital design and shaping operational plans, co-owners play a key role in building a practice that reflects their vision and values. Each practice is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including advanced surgical suites, a dedicated dental suite, imaging, cytology, and digital records systems. The hospital environment is designed to be low stress, with special touches like inviting waiting spaces and comfortable exam areas for pets and their owners.

Team
As the founding Partner Veterinarian, you will build and shape your team from the ground up. This includes hiring veterinary technicians, managers, and support staff who align with your culture and values. You will be supported by a veterinarian-led operations team and join a wider community of Partner Doctors to collaborate, share knowledge, and learn from.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
