Our client is an innovative veterinary group building a nationwide network of urgent care hospitals, and they are seeking visionary Veterinarians to become Medical Directors and practice owners. Working Hours / Rota
Urgent care practices within this network operate with flexible scheduling, no overnight shifts, and hours tailored to support both clinical needs and genuine work-life balance. Full-time schedules are available, and specific operating hours will be aligned with the selected location once the new hospital is built. The structure prioritizes predictable time off, family-friendly scheduling, and a culture that respects boundaries, rest, and wellness.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As a Medical Director and future practice owner, you will shape the medical standards, culture, and clinical pathways within a brand-new urgent care hospital. Your responsibilities will include overseeing urgent and same-day cases, performing diagnostics and treatments, managing stabilization and triage, and guiding clients through medical decision-making with clarity and compassion. You will collaborate closely with a skilled support team while maintaining full medical autonomy. This role is suited only for experienced veterinarians who are confident managing urgent care cases and ready to take a leadership step into ownership, culture building, and mentorship.

Each hospital is constructed from the ground up, designed around modern workflows and equipped with state-of-the-art technology selected to support high-quality urgent care medicine. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
