Our client is a veterinary hospital hiring for a Partner DVM. This opportunity is designed for a veterinarian seeking to step into ownership, with the support to build and lead a new hospital while delivering high-quality care to cats and dogs.
Working Hours / Rota
The role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling with no overnight shifts, supporting a strong work-life balance. Specific hospital hours will be determined during the planning process, allowing input into the schedule.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive medical care such as wellness and preventative services, diagnostics, treatment of illnesses and injuries, and surgical procedures. In addition to clinical duties, the role involves leading the development of the hospital, shaping its culture, and maintaining medical autonomy while building a collaborative and innovative practice environment.
Practice Details
The hospital will be a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to deliver high-quality veterinary care. It will be supported by modern infrastructure, advanced technology, and full operational and business support, allowing focus on clinical excellence. The practice is built around a culture of passion, engagement, trust, and service, with an emphasis on innovation and adaptability in a changing veterinary landscape.
Team
The role includes building and leading a team of veterinary professionals and support staff, supported by a collaborative network and mentorship from experienced DVMs.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
