Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a practice providing veterinary care for dogs and cats and is seeking an experienced Partner Veterinarian to join the team on a full-time basis. The opportunity includes acquiring a meaningful equity stake in the practice, participating in its profits and long-term value, and having a genuine role in how the practice is run while maintaining clinical autonomy.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will combine clinical practice with involvement in the direction of the practice as an equity partner. Clinical responsibilities span wellness and preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, laser therapy, pain management, integrative medicine, acupuncture, and compassionate end-of-life care. The veterinarian will retain clinical autonomy over areas including treatment plans, formulary, pricing philosophy, and standards of care. The role is specifically for an experienced veterinarian and includes a structured buy-in with doctor-friendly financing options available.

Practice Details
The practice is AAHA-accredited and Fear Free Certified, with an established, loyal, referral-driven client base. Services include companion laser therapy, Fear Free veterinary visits, wellness and puppy and kitten examinations, dental cleaning, diagnostic services, health certificates, pain management, microchipping, spay and neuter procedures, diagnostic and surgical care, senior supportive care, euthanasia, integrative veterinary medicine, and acupuncture. Operational support is provided in areas including real estate, payroll systems, and compliance. Opening hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the practice closed on Sundays and no overnight emergency duty.

Team
The practice has two DVMs and a tenured support team. The partnership structure gives doctors a meaningful role in the practice while supporting clinical autonomy and collaboration in the delivery of veterinary care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
