Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time Partner Veterinarian. The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for cats and dogs and is looking for an experienced veterinarian to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway to co-ownership. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care while helping lead the future direction of the hospital. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining medical standards and practice protocols, guiding case management and clinical decision-making, ensuring high-quality patient care and client communication, overseeing medical record accuracy, and identifying opportunities to expand clinical services. The role also includes mentoring associate veterinarians, supporting the hiring and onboarding of clinical staff, contributing to operational strategy and scheduling, fostering a collaborative team culture, and participating in financial planning, revenue growth, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian seeking leadership responsibilities with a pathway to practice ownership.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Wednesday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is AAHA accredited and provides a broad range of companion animal services including wellness exams, preventative care, vaccinations, diagnostic care, dermatology, urology, ophthalmology, parasite prevention, microchipping, an in-house pharmacy, laboratory testing, radiology, ultrasound, dental care, senior pet care, puppy and kitten care, surgery, urgent care, boarding for cats, and health and travel certificates. The hospital has an established and loyal client base, a varied caseload encompassing preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care, and a strong staff-to-doctor ratio that supports high-quality medicine and collaborative patient care.

You will join a team of 1 DVM supported by a great tenured support team. The hospital has a collaborative, well-supported culture where teamwork, mentorship, and professional development are encouraged, providing an excellent environment for an experienced veterinarian to lead the practice while helping shape its long-term success.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
