Our client is an expanding veterinary group seeking motivated Veterinarians who are eager to take the next step in their careers by becoming practice owners. This opportunity allows veterinarians to own a percentage of a hospital that aligns with their goals and lifestyle, ranging from 10% for those wanting a smaller share to up to 49% for those seeking a significant ownership stake. The group is looking for passionate veterinarians who are excited about shaping a new hospital from the ground up, with full involvement in decisions regarding staffing, equipment, and operational direction, all while benefiting from strong administrative and business support.
Working Hours / Rota
Specific working hours will be determined collaboratively during the hospital setup process, offering flexibility to create a schedule that suits the new owner’s lifestyle and desired level of involvement.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will play a leading role in establishing and managing the new hospital, overseeing clinical operations while providing high-quality veterinary care. This includes participation in the selection of staff, equipment, and services, ensuring the hospital delivers exceptional patient and client experiences. The role offers the unique chance to combine clinical excellence with business leadership, supported by a team of experts who assist with operational and technical guidance, as well as marketing, HR, payroll, and financing.
Practice Details
The group provides comprehensive support throughout the setup and ongoing management of the hospital. Assistance includes research and site selection, build-out coordination, access to operational infrastructure, marketing and HR support, and technical guidance. Owners will also be directly involved in hiring their team and selecting top-quality equipment to ensure the hospital is well-equipped for success. This model offers the benefits of ownership and autonomy with the reassurance of having strong business and operational backing when needed.

As a new Partner Veterinarian, you will collaborate with experienced industry professionals who provide strategic, technical, and business mentorship. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
