Introduction
Our client is a veterinary group hiring for a full-time Partner Veterinarian to lead and co-own a brand new hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced DVM who is looking to take the next step into ownership while maintaining autonomy in medicine and leadership. The practice will primarily see cats and dogs, with the potential to also offer exotics medicine. The successful veterinarian will have significant input into the hospital’s direction, including scheduling, staffing decisions, location, and hospital build-out. Backed by a team of industry experts, this opportunity allows a veterinarian to enjoy the benefits of ownership while minimizing the risks typically associated with starting a new practice. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will lead the development and operation of a brand new full-service general practice hospital while also maintaining the typical GP caseload. This role is ideal for an experienced DVM who is motivated by leadership, ownership, and the opportunity to build a hospital tailored to their vision. The schedule is full-time, with flexibility to discuss the exact structure with the successful veterinarian. Alongside providing high-quality patient care, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the culture, operations, and future growth of the practice.

Practice Details
This will be a brand new hospital designed with the guidance of the successful veterinarian. The clinic will operate as a full-service general practice, with opening hours to be determined in collaboration with the incoming Partner Veterinarian. Equipment and hospital facilities will also be discussed and developed alongside the successful candidate, allowing for significant influence over the hospital’s design, layout, and clinical capabilities.

Team
The successful veterinarian will join as the founding doctor and will have the opportunity to build the veterinary team from the ground up. Staffing levels and personnel decisions will be made in collaboration with the Partner Veterinarian, providing full involvement in creating the hospital culture and support structure.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
