Working Hours / Rota
The Partner Veterinarian will have a hand in shaping their own working hours and clinic opening times.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role is centered around clinical excellence and entrepreneurial leadership. The incoming veterinarian will play a key role in shaping the hospital’s medical standards, hiring decisions, and equipment selection, in addition to providing high-quality patient care. The position is ideal for a motivated individual ready to take on the dual responsibilities of practicing medicine and growing a business.

Practice Details
This opportunity includes full support in establishing and equipping a new hospital, with input into infrastructure, technology, and staffing. While specific equipment and services are not yet outlined, the emphasis is on building a modern, well-resourced facility tailored to the needs of the incoming partner and their vision for the practice. Culture will be driven by collaboration, high standards, and a focus on delivering quality veterinary care with the freedom to innovate.

Team
There is an opportunity to build the team from the ground up, with support provided in hiring and staff development. The environment will reflect the values and leadership of the incoming veterinarian, with assistance available to ensure a well-structured and collaborative workplace. Details on the number of current staff or DVMs are not applicable at this stage.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
