Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a group co-owned by two experienced DVMs, seeking a veterinarian with strong clinical skills and leadership qualities to join as a one-third owner in a newly established practice. This is a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who dreams of owning a clinic but wants the guidance, support, and partnership to make it a reality. The role is ideal for someone with a passion for medicine and surgery, coupled with a curiosity for business and practice growth.

Working Hours / Rota
The Partner Veterinarian will have a hand in shaping their own working hours and clinic opening times.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The incoming veterinarian will take on both clinical and leadership responsibilities, playing a key role in delivering high-quality medical and surgical care while also helping shape the culture, operations, and direction of the hospital. The role is designed for someone with a strong foundation in veterinary medicine who is eager to step into an ownership role and participate in the development of a brand-new facility.

Practice Details
The practice will be built from the ground up with full support from the founding partners, including site selection, construction coordination, equipment procurement, and practice software setup. In addition to providing capital and infrastructure, support will be available for HR, team management, inventory, accounting, payroll, vendor negotiations, and overall business operations. This ensures a modern, well-equipped environment that reflects the medical and operational standards of its ownership team.

Team
The incoming veterinarian will help assemble the support team alongside the co-owners, with guidance and resources available to build a collaborative, well-managed workplace.
