Introduction
Our client is a soon-to-open urgent care veterinary practice seeking a full-time Partner Veterinarian. This role offers the opportunity to lead the launch of a new walk-in urgent care facility, focusing on delivering high-quality, efficient care while maintaining full clinical autonomy. The incoming Partner Veterinarian will join a collaborative, supportive environment with comprehensive operational backing, allowing a focus on practicing medicine and shaping the medical standards from day one.

Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance. Shifts will typically include evenings and weekends aligned with urgent care operations, with no overnight requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Partner Veterinarian will lead the medical team in providing urgent, walk-in care for non-life-threatening conditions in canine and feline patients. Responsibilities will include performing diagnostics, wellness consultations, vaccinations, minor surgical procedures, dental care, and nutritional counseling. The Partner Veterinarian will help set the clinical culture, mentor the medical team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional care while contributing to the practice’s growth and success. Candidates must have at least three or more years of experience as a veterinarian.

Practice Details
The practice will offer a range of services, including urgent care, wellness care, vaccinations, dental procedures, in-house diagnostics, and nutritional counseling. Designed to meet the needs of pet parents seeking convenient walk-in care, the facility will emphasize efficiency and a patient-centered approach. Full operational support in HR, marketing, finance, and administration will allow the veterinary team to remain focused on clinical leadership and patient care.

The practice will operate with a small, skilled team of veterinarians and support staff in a collaborative and supportive environment that values mentorship, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
