Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring a full-time Partner Veterinarian. This unique opportunity allows you to tell them where you want to build your practice, with full support provided to make it happen with $0 out-of-pocket. The hospital will care for cats and dogs, with opportunities for interested veterinarians to also see exotics. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial veterinarian looking to combine clinical practice with hospital ownership and leadership.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position focuses on working as an Urgent Care Veterinarian while serving as the managing partner of the hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the full scope of urgent care responsibilities while making executive decisions across all aspects of the hospital’s operation. This role offers the opportunity to shape both the clinical and operational direction of the practice, combining patient care with business leadership. Doctor hours are open to discussion. The position is suited to talented and entrepreneurial veterinarians with at least 3 years of veterinary experience.

Practice Details
The hospital’s opening hours will be determined jointly between the group and the partner doctor, allowing flexibility in designing a schedule that supports the needs of both the practice and the local community. The hospital will provide veterinary urgent care services and will be equipped with modern equipment selected by the partner veterinarian. This opportunity provides direct involvement in the build-out of a brand-new hospital, allowing the successful candidate to influence the design, equipment selection, and overall direction of the practice. As a practice owner and leader within the hospital, you will have the opportunity to build the culture and clinical environment you have always envisioned.

Team
As the founding veterinarian, you will be the first DVM within the hospital and will have the opportunity to determine the structure of your team as the practice grows. This unique leadership position provides the chance to build and develop a team that reflects your vision for patient care, workplace culture, and long-term success.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
