A brand new veterinary hospital opening in Fall 2026 in West Point, Utah is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to lead the development and clinical direction of the practice. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital will operate with a structured daytime schedule designed to support both general practice and urgent care services. The schedule will be developed collaboratively with the incoming Lead Veterinarian to ensure consistent access to care for patients while maintaining a balanced and sustainable working routine for the veterinary team.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Lead Veterinarian will play a central role in establishing the hospital’s clinical standards, team culture, and operational success. This position blends clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, allowing you to deliver high-quality veterinary medicine while guiding the development of a growing veterinary team. Responsibilities include performing general practice medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, and surgery while mentoring veterinarians and support staff as the team expands. The Lead Veterinarian will also help build hospital workflows, foster a collaborative culture, and contribute to hospital growth through strong client relationships and community engagement.

Practice Details
This newly developed veterinary hospital will be part of a growing network of local animal hospitals designed to empower veterinarians with genuine clinical autonomy. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
