You’ll maintain an active clinical caseload while taking a leading role in supporting medical quality, clinical standards, and consistency of care across the practice. You’ll retain meaningful autonomy over your own cases while contributing to the continued development of medicine across the hospital. As Medical Lead Veterinarian, you’ll work closely with fellow veterinarians and hospital leadership to support and develop the clinical team. You’ll provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, encourage collaborative case discussion, and help foster an environment centered around medical excellence, accountability, communication, and continued professional growth. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian looking to combine their clinical expertise with a medical leadership position.
