Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire a full-time Medical Director. This established, full-service hospital has been providing high-quality veterinary care for cats and dogs for over 30 years. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to lead a dedicated clinical team while continuing to deliver exceptional patient care within a well-established practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role encompasses the full scope of Medical Director DVM responsibilities, combining clinical leadership with the delivery of high-quality veterinary care. You will oversee medical standards within the hospital while mentoring and supporting fellow veterinarians, promoting collaboration across the clinical team, and helping to maintain exceptional patient care and client service. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will provide preventative, medical, and surgical care, manage a varied companion animal caseload, and work closely with clients to develop treatment plans and support the long-term health and wellbeing of their pets. The role offers a balanced schedule that prioritizes a healthy work-life balance within a fast-paced, high-quality environment. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The practice provides the full scope of General Practice services alongside Urgent Care, offering a varied companion animal caseload. The hospital is equipped with, but not limited to, Ultrasound, Digital Dental Radiography, Digital Radiology, and an In-House Laboratory, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care. Facilities include an In-House Pharmacy and an In-Office Surgical Suite. In addition to its core veterinary services, the practice also provides laser surgery and laser therapy. The hospital is open Monday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.

Team
You will be joining a team of 5 DVMs, supported by a passionate and highly experienced team of 16 certified technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service representatives. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
