Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring a full-time Medical Director (Urgent Care) to join its team. Working exclusively with cats and dogs, this opportunity combines clinical urgent care responsibilities with leadership in a modern hospital environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position combines full-scope urgent care responsibilities with leadership duties. You will provide high-quality urgent care for cats and dogs while helping to lead the clinical team. The role requires four shifts per week, including two weekends per month, and is open to experienced veterinarians only.

Practice Details
The hospital provides a full scope of urgent care services and is equipped with the latest veterinary technology, including digital radiography and ultrasound. The practice features a brand-new, warm and welcoming hospital environment designed for both pets and people and is committed to using fear-free techniques whenever possible. The hospital is open seven days a week, Monday to Friday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

Team
You will work alongside one DVM and a dynamic group of skilled professionals. Each DVM is supported by 4–6 support staff, including dedicated team members who assist with medical records.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
