Our client is a veterinary hospital that is hiring a Medical Director on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring exclusively for Cats and Dogs, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced veterinarian looking to combine clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Medical Director will be responsible for the full scope of Veterinary Medical Director responsibilities, balancing hands-on clinical practice with leadership and mentorship duties. This position involves maintaining high standards of patient care, supporting and developing fellow veterinarians and team members, fostering a positive hospital culture, and helping to drive the continued success of the practice. As the clinical leader, you will play a key role in promoting medical excellence, encouraging professional growth, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding client and patient experiences. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, leading by example, and contributing to both the clinical and operational success of a hospital. Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited hospital provides the full scope of GP services for Cats and Dogs within a modern and patient-focused environment. Operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and remaining closed on weekends, the practice offers a structured schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance. The hospital is equipped with advanced technology including, but not limited to, digital radiology, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, dental X-ray equipment, and Tonopen technology, enabling clinicians to efficiently diagnose and manage a wide range of medical and surgical cases. Facilities include hands-free radiology protocols, an in-office surgical suite, and an in-house pharmacy, allowing for comprehensive patient care under one roof. Fear-Free techniques are practiced throughout the hospital, helping to create a low-stress experience for patients and clients alike. The practice also benefits from close proximity to 24-hour specialty care, providing additional support when advanced referral services are required. In addition to its general practice services, the hospital offers nutritional counselling, further supporting its commitment to preventative and long-term patient health.

Team
The hospital consists of 3 DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works cohesively to provide the highest level of client and patient care. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
